Hello! My name is Felicia Carnes and I am the Special Programs Counselor. This is my 19th year in education and my 6th year as a counselor. I grew up and currently live in Grayson County. I attended Grayson College and Texas Woman's University. I am married and we have two dogs. We love to watch movies, travel and scuba dive.
